Faulkner Development & Engineering completed a comprehensive roadway and drainage improvement project along Old Bailes Road in Fort Mill. The scope included clearing, grading, installation of a cast-in-place 10’ x 10’ box culvert, water and sewer infrastructure, and associated utility upgrades.
Additional work included curb and gutter, rock excavation, retaining walls, stone subgrade preparation, asphalt paving, pavement markings, and guardrail installation—enhancing roadway safety and long-term performance.
